How I improved in volleyball:
Watching youtube videos and i practised at home.I got better at volleyball,overhand serve,dig and spike.
Attacking strategies:
include forward or backward setting or dumping the volleyball quickly over the net to an open spot before the opponent is ready. The goal of the attack shot is to hit a winning ball that lands into the opponent's court.powerful spike.
defense strategies:
Put the tallest people in your team in front so they can block the ball and put fast people at the back because if someone at the front fails to hit the ball someone fast so that the ball will stay alive.
Me and my team were covering up the open gapes and we understood each other.
We were playing volleyball today and my team was starting to understand the skills and strategies in volleyball.
